Reflective, ethical and practice-informed supervision for counsellors, practitioners and leaders.
I provide professional supervision for counsellors, mental health practitioners, community service support workers and leaders. Supervision offers a structured, supportive space to reflect on practice, strengthen ethical decision-making, explore risk and boundaries, develop professional identity and support practitioner wellbeing.
My supervision style is collaborative, reflective and grounded in real-world practice. I draw on counselling experience, trauma-informed frameworks, clinical governance, organisational leadership and multidisciplinary service experience. I am particularly interested in supporting people working in mental health, trauma recovery, family and domestic violence, alcohol and other drug services, community services, refugee and multicultural services, women’s health and other values-led organisations.
Individual supervision is available online Australia-wide.
Group supervision may be offered online for small groups of 4–6 participants.
Hybrid and in-person supervision may be available in Melbourne, Perth and other locations by arrangement.
Workplace supervision is also available for Melbourne-based organisations.
